Attune Vendor Marketplace Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Attune is committed to providing a fair and transparent marketplace for both vendors and customers. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which customers can request and receive refunds for purchases made on the Attune platform.

2. General Eligibility for Refunds

Customers are generally eligible for refunds in the following situations:

  • Item not as described: If the item received is significantly different from the description provided by the vendor on the Attune platform.
  • Damaged or defective item: If the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Item not received: If the item is not received within the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the vendor.
  • Unauthorized purchase: If the customer did not authorize the purchase.

3. Refund Timeframe

Customers must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact the vendor directly through the Attune platform and attempt to resolve the issue.
  2. If a resolution cannot be reached with the vendor, submit a refund request through the Attune platform.
  3. Provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, to demonstrate the reason for the refund request.

5. Attune's Decision

Attune will review the refund request and supporting evidence and make a final decision at its sole discretion. Attune may contact the vendor for further information before making a decision.

6. Refund Issuance

If Attune approves the refund request, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exceptions

Attune reserves the right to refuse refunds in certain situations, including:

  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Custom-made items: Refunds will not be issued for custom-made items unless the item is significantly different from the specifications agreed upon by the customer and the vendor.
  • Perishable goods: Refunds will not be issued for perishable goods unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Items returned in used condition: Refunds will not be issued for items that are returned in used or damaged condition.

8. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for processing refunds for items they sell on the Attune platform. Attune may assist customers with the refund process, but the ultimate responsibility for issuing refunds lies with the vendor.
